This plate was inspired by my love for Mexican food. The mayan calendar is iconic and makes you associate immediately to the rich flavors of Mexican Cusine. It measures 10” and its made with a rich clay body. It was fired to stoneware in a gas kiln to 2270 F making it super sturdy. Its was glazed in Gold dust and I love how metallic the final look was!
